Second review is much better than the first: The new Owners have done a great job of reshaping this business. My first review was not very flattering for the store area. However, In that review I praised the training classes given by Matt and Sherry Siebert. In fact, it is as good as I’ve had and I do training 5 to 12 times a year and that includes training in other countries. So, Matt and Sherry Siebert are the new owners and they have done an excellent job of adjusting prices and an excellent remodel of the place. The range areas are very nice, Staff is friendlier and more outgoing than I remember. Again… the training offered here gives students working knowledge of defensive tactics for shooting in a crowd of innocents, Home defense and Mental conditioning so one will not freeze up or over react when the unexpected bad guys come in. BTW, I recommend a Premium Membership. Shoot as often as you like for around $ 30/​mo.
I will soon return to Prescott and be able to shoot here often and will review again.

I was very excited to take the CCW class however I could not get pass the first 20 minutes in this class! If I wanted to watch Fox news I could have stayed home, if I wanted to here about Trump I wouldn’t have paid the trumped up charges for the class and if I wanted to here words like, «this administration»…
When I got home my husband was very upset! he called his friends and they were upset! and signed me up at Ben Avery. They all said this was unprofessional and wrong!!! In my opinion they care more about making money and convening people to buy guns then they care about educating new gun owners.

As an frequent shooter and gun owner, I walked in to the gun store asking specific questions about a certain gun. The employee gave me a pink gun just because I’m a women and started talking about a gun that I did not query about. I knew what I wanted and asked specific questions and gotten treated disrespectfully.
Their prices are very high. I would not recommend going here as they do not value their customers.

What a great place to shoot! The staff is very friendly and helpful and the lanes are clean. The only reason for four stars instead of five is that the targets tend to move around a bit, especially when the air conditioning is blowing. As a relatively new shooter, I don’t need things to be harder than they already are!

I loved this place! Was able to go here twice before I moved and each time I was pleased with my experience. The staff is really helpful and you can rent all you need to go shooting right there. It’s a great spot for first timers!

I got a gift to take the Concealed Weapons class with my guy thank you for the class. I am so glad I did it was awesome. I got my gun there too.

Great Staff and selection of products and rentals! The reason for –1 star is because their retail items, such as hearing protection and gun safes, are marked up quite a bit. You could save sometimes twenty to thirty just by going to Amazon from the manufacturers.

I love this place! I shot for my first time here, they were super helpful! Lots of handguns to choose from to rent great prices lots of targets to choose from. When I’m ready to purchase my choice of pistol I WILL return because they are very helpful to novice shooters with gun control info and teaching you how to use it properly as well as size for your hand shape!

I like this indoor gun range. The ammo is not to expensive if they have it in stock given the craziness with ammo lately. The employees I’ve talked to we’re very friendly and not condescending. As far as I know the management changed so any rude behavior is probably gone.

This place is awesome. Even with the price of ammo and weapons increasing, they have stayed as reasonably as they can. The indoor shooting range is great, and they have even lower pricing for range ammo. All the associates are friendly and very helpful. I drive all the way from Flagstaff just to come here, and maybe drop by In-​N-​Out haha
