Wonderful, delightful & totally relaxing! I travel the country for work always going to a different salon, some better than others. However I felt right at home thanks to their professionalism & hospitality, great experience after a long week. Choose the full treatment off the spa menu & was worth every penny. My feet are happy & rejuvenated!!! They even stayed open an hour later to accommodate my needs. Fantastic pedicure! I would recommend this place to anyone who loves a good pedicure, you won’t be sorry! This will be my go to place anytime I visit Prescott! And my nails came out great too! Thank you for your excellent service!!!

Such a wonderful place! My mom and I decided to have a girls day and wanted to get our nails done. We live in Prescott, and we were originally looking for something closer to us, however all of those nail salons were booked up for the day. Needless to say, we are both so happy that they were all booked cause I came across this hidden gem and had a great experiece. Amazing massage with the pedicure, hot stone, warm towels, sucar scrub. both ladies really took their time and care with giving us exceptional service! And the gel manicures look super nice, once again they both took their time in making sure everything was perfect! Will definitely go again.

I’m in love with Nails Spa Excel. I went to another salon because I had a gift card and I immediately went to Nails Spa to get them done right. Their service and quality is amazing and Kevin is super friendly and talented. I would recommend Nails Spa to anyone. I even prefer it over nail salons in Phoenix!

Third visit to have a pedicure and gel manicure and this is now my regular place. Anna and Kevin do an awesome job and are so friendly! Two weeks after my visit and my manicure still looks great. I also like watching a movie while I get pampered and they always seem to have something fun and upbeat playing. Nail Spa Excel rocks!

Everyone who works here is super nice. I go to school in prescott but am from san diego and was worried i wouldn’t be able to find a good nail place out here but this place is pretty good. The location is pretty sketchy from the outside but inside is nice. I get my acrylics filled here and they always look nice and are never too thick, and they have tons of gel colors to choose from.

Kevin and Anna and everyone are always very nice and they always do a great job on my nails no matter how big of a job I give them on the designs. I love coming here always have a great time and my nails are very beautiful.

I have been spending the summers in Prescott for four years and always went back to Chandler once a month to get my nails done among other things. This month I decided to try to find a salon here as I needed them done badly. Walked into Nail Spa Excel without an appointment and was taken care of immediately. Anna gave me a great pedicure and Kevin did an outstanding job on my gel French manicure. I almost felt like I was cheating on my nail tech in the valley as this was the first time in 5 yrs that I’d had someone else do my nails. Everyone who works in the salon is family and they treat their customers the same.

Because of the good reviews on Unilocal,I took a chance on this nail salon. I felt a bit nervous as I pulled up to the outside because of its modest appearance. But those feelings quickly disappeared as Kevin set to work. His confidence and skill were most apparent. I had a pedicure and fill on my fingernails. The end result was really great, and left me feeling completely satisfied with the service provided. I will definitely be returning.

Relaxing. Not rushed & didn’t feel like I was an inconvenience. (Experienced that too many times to count at other places!) For the price of a pedicure I got way more than other places! Warm lotion massage, oil, hot stone, hot towels! Wow my new favorite place hands down! Must try!

I’ve came in 3 times now and never left disappointed. Ana is my favorite, but she is always extremely busy. Ive used the other girl, Emily? I believe, the last couple time and she’s also done a very nice job. I’ve never used Kevin, but he is also always very busy. Love love this place. Hopefully, I can find another like it as I’m moving to phoenix :/​. A good nail salon like this one is hard to find.

Unprofessional, unorganized, inconsistent, unclean. While this salon offers some impressive nail art (on a good day), it is dirty & dusty, entrance door is propped open even on the coldest day & half of their advertised products are either out of stock or dried up. First visit my nails turned out great. 2nd visit, Anna & I agreed on a design & price from a sample board. She proceeded to do something completely opposite of what I clearly requested & became angry with me All said & done my nails turned out absolutely horrible. She rudely & half hazardly finished leaving me with an embarrassing lumpy mess & then just got up & disappeared. Her husband had to tell me she was finished & told me my nails looked ok. I was charged the agreed price but i was given $ 5.00 slop. Will never return.

I’m in town for a short visit from Florida. Chose this location based on the 5 star reviews. Wish I could bring them back with me to the sunshine state!
For $ 33 — the silver package consists of: soak, usual cleaning, callous remover, scrub, rinse, massage.
Clarification of the foot massage: apparently there are bones in your feet that get sore. I’ve NEVER experienced that detail before.
Then you get a paraffin wax, massage, hot rocks and then finish with hot towels. Amazing!!! Agree with 5 out of 5. And the icing on the cake was Lily’s sense of humor. Fantastic !!!

I am so happy I went here but even better… So did my MOM! And let me tell you. She is picky picky about her nail salons! I have had great pedis before but this one was fabulous and I had such a wonderful time I had to share my experience. Service was at a great pace but not rushed, and I love that. Excellent touch. Kind and good spirited technicians made for a delightful time that was very much appreciated. Mom and I had so much fun here. My toes look so good and I swear if I don’t stop looking at these adorable designs I am going to walk right into something :) I can’t wait to come back. Thank you thank you for amazing service! Credit to Lily (or was it Lili??) she does a beautiful job.

This is the only place I ever want my nails done. Honesty, he spends such a nice amount of time massaging your legs and feet the pedicure is the only thing I want in life.
