HATE THE NEW BUSINESS MODEL VERIZON! I visited this store yesterday in hopes they had a 10.1 tablet in stock. A lady greets me and asked for my name and phone number. I asked if they had a 10.1 tablet in stock and if so I’d give my information and wait to purchase it. She told me it was required that I give my information in order to help me. I politely requested she just check inventory and tell me if they had a tablet in stock. She went to a manager where he had to come from around the counter and pick up his tablet where he approached me again requesting my name and phone number. Again, I asked if they had a Samsung 10.1 tablet in stock and if so I’d gladly give all the info you want plus I’d even hand you a credit card and spend money. He refused to tell me if they had one and told me he couldn’t help me until I gave him my phone number. BTW, a gentlemen waiting there stopped me and said he hates the new system and was waiting to turn his phone off based on the way he had been treated. Crazy, they would allow money to walk out the door.

The service her was great, they were fast friendly and very helpful. I totally recommend it for your cellular needs or in my case wants:) thank you guys for making it easy!
