Was visiting when my mac book pro took a dive, these guys are certified by Apple and repaired my Mac book pro under warranty!!! Only took a couple days and it was back to new! Thanks for the speedy computer repair.

I brought in an old computer of mine for them to play with and was greeted by a guy that was a jerk. I’ve been struggling with fixing that computer and was hoping to learn a thing or two. The guy reminded me of George Costanza and revealed that he was the mac expert, and liked everybody else, advised me to get a new computer. When I said that I’d rather look into repair options, he started being condescending and even lectured me on recycling. I tried get across the message in this video:
but it wasn’t getting through. Anyways, I was upset, and I hope to never see that dude again. The PC Guy named Ernie seemed pretty cool though. He made the correct diagnoses but didn’t take the job, but the information was enough to send me in the right direction.

brought my mac laptop in to have HD replaced. received it back in worse condition than before I gave it to them. Tony claimed no responsibility for the new problems with my laptop.
