I came in to get a subwoofer installed into my new stereo. I’m now very satisfied with how it sounds and they even let me go free of charge for the cable needed to install it.

AWESOMECUSTOMERSERVICE!!! Wrote a previous review on Audio Adrenaline about bad customer service. After dealing with them, I walked out and came here. This is my first time ever doing something to a vehicle I owned, and they treated me like family. Gave me a bunch of discounts and explained everything in detail. Going to get rear head rest video monitors installed and couldn’t be happier. They even let me take the units out to my car to compare the interior colors and didn’t even care that I walked out with them. Got an appointment Wednesday(Jul 1) to have them installed!!! Will post pictures of the finished product. Could not be happier!!! Check this place out first before any others, awesome service!!! — — UPDATE — – Got the monitors installed, they are perfect. I was told 2 hours on install, ended up taking 5. The sales guy said he would check the box to make sure it fit. He didn’t check and the tech didn’t check till all the wiring was down. They ordered me another box which ended up not fitting as well. The manager was real rude after he got off the phone with me. There was bad cuts and a broken panel that wasn’t in the way. Cussing and bitching in the bay. Total of 8 hours spent there and bad service. Sucks because I went there to get a clean set up, not a janky set up. Wouldn’t recommend at all

Excellent service from Dustin and Gary with our Sirius instalation. Had a little antenna problem that they replaced with no charge at our convenience. We recommend them.

Really great customer service and they were more affordable than some of the other options in the area. The employees were friendly and they installed my new audio system in a timely manner. They let me bring in some of my own equipment and they installed it without giving me any issues. They even fixed some of the bad wiring in my vehicle while they were installing my new sound system. I will definitely be back for more upgrades.

My experience was 180 degrees from the two bad reviews. I can only imagine, since Audio Plus has been there for a while, that the bad reviews are the exception to the rule. First I called and spoke with Matt, who told me they would be happy to sell me the materials to do my own install. When I got to the store Matt helped me. He walked out to my Jeep, confirmed where I should route my power wire through the firewall, measured so I got enough wire, but not too much, picked out the other items I would need, showed me how one of them connects to the wire, gave me some free hardware to connect the power cable to the battery, and then he gave me a 10% discount. He told me why, but I didn’t get the reason. What I got: Just the materials I needed and no more, better quality than in a kit(especially the power cable), a little bit better price, personal service and advice, a friendly experience with Matt and the other employees I encountered. I’m happy.

We purchased an iphone/ipod hook up for a 2008 Cadillac Escalade with a cost of around $ 300 for parts and labor. After a few weeks its connected poorly. They did more work on it. No improvement. Next appointment they made, we showed up and the part had not arrived. Fourth appointment, we missed. We took it to Phoenix and had an iSimple Gateway installed which works perfectly. I recently contacted the owner of Audio Plus and told him about my continued discontent that I had no choice other than to write a poor review unless he did something to make good on our loss. To my err, I proposed a $ 400 refund & he correctly pointed out that it was $ 300. Nonetheless, not only did he not offer any recompense, he threatened to sue me if I wrote a bad review. So now, not only am I compelled to write this to recommend avoiding Audio Plus, it is more important to stand up to someone who threatens legal action upon the freedom of expression.
