She has done quite a few difficult alterations for me, including my daughter’s and my bridesmaid’s dresses for a wedding. Everything was done with great care and with kindness. The shop isn’t there to wow you, it’s where she gets her work done and she may not talk a lot, but it doesn’t mean she meets you with anything less than professionalism and friendliness.

Great prices and service. Very fast, polite, and great work. I went to two other places and they couldn’t fix my shirt or seemed like they didn’t want to. I walked in and she helped me out right away.

DONOTGOHERE. Not only is the customer service extremely unprofessional, but the quality of the work is extremely shotty. Pants were hemmed too short and they were cut on the inside so they now cannot be let back out. The seams are coming apart. It looks to me like she didn’t care that her sewing machine was not sewing a proper seam.(I am an amateur sewer and even I know better!) As for customer service, she quoted a price and then called us after she started to let us know she would be charging $ 20 more. Then she was not finished by the time she promised and never mentioned that in the phone call, allowing me to come in to try and pick up items that weren’t done.(Waste of time!) The second attempt to pick up the items their credit card machine wasn’t broken. Finally on my third trip in I managed to leave with my items, only to bring them home and find that they are now ruined. Total of $ 200 is now wasted. I especially would warn anyone that needs an expensive item altered or that is on a tight schedule to stay away.

I take karate classes at the dojo across the street and I needed my Gi(uniform) pants and top sleeves hemmed. I also had her patch a hole in my jujitsu Gi. She did them perfectly, the gal that helped me was a sweetheart, and it was all only $ 20.
