Absolutely wonderful staff. Everyone is professional and friendly. The facility is well cared for, and is very nice. Doesn’t feel like a traditional doctor visit. I sat down for maybe two minutes before they called me back.
Very happy I chose this location.

This is a busy office. Staff are top notch. Office in very organized. The eye glass center is too. The most important aspect, of course, is the quality of the care you get. I have more complex needs than the average person and I’m very happy with Dr Hamm.
I only have one complaint: the wait times are excessive. More than any healthcare place I have been in Prescott. I have experienced appointment that have taken 2 hours including wait time. At least they have a big screen TV playing HCTV along with coffee and cookies.

My first experience with Kokopelli Eye Institute was for an emergency. I called the office because of shooting pains in my eye. They made an appointment for me to come in the same day, actually within hours. I saw Dr. Ham. He examined my eyes and referred me to a specialist for a detached retina. Although the office was very busy, the staff and the doctor himself made me feel like I was their only concern. I have since had cataract surgery by Dr. Ham and have been very pleased with the outcome and his attention to detail. I have frequently referred my friends to this office. I am very pleased to have him as my eye care specialist.
