The only place I’ve found that makes anything close to my mother-in-laws Rocky Road. I’ve diligently tried as many of their treats as possible and loved them all. Favorites are the Tumbleweeds, Thumb Buttes and Grandmas butterscotch something-or-others. The lemon and coconut creams are delectable, too. I definitely recommend them!

Just stopped by again with the family, and got some pumpkin fudge. Best. Fudge. Ever! Still my favorite place for the old sweet tooth! And of course got some Victorian toffee. Happy tummy!

To die for fudge! I came to Prescott for a wedding and stumbled upon this gem. Everything is so fresh and absolutely delish! I came back before leaving Prescott and brought home a pound of fudge and two more boxes of assorted goodies. I will probably take a day trip to Prescott just to come back to this candy shop.

If you can only get ONE treat, make it the Amish Caramel! Wow, I say.
^ THAT /may be the best tip I’ve ever written. That ANYONE’S EVER written! If the Unilocal profile asked for: «Last sweet treat on earth(that isn’t a cupcake or chocolate or related to chocolate) — then I’d put: «that Amish Caramel from Praline’s of Prescott.» Super-cute shop upstairs(3rd floor). Ridiculously considerate staff — they will hold your caramel so it doesn’t have to run around in the car w/you and melt. They take credit cards if you spend a whoppin’ $ 5.00 so that’s easy enough. I know the entrance to these shops as: «the way you enter to get into Prescott Brewing Company» but instead of going in the brewery, take the stairs or elevator up and get ready to be delighted. Praline’s has taffies, fudge, other sweet treats as well as this most delicious caramel I have ever encountered! «Buttery, smooth, rich and basically, heavenly!» are the ways that I would describe it. It’s something like $ 3.99 /quarter pound and it’s saying a lot that I can’t remember exactly because I JUSTDON’T CARE! I’ll pay. On this one… I will pay!

I made the«mistake» of going to the third floor with my mom on a recent visit to Prescott. Now I need a 12 step program.

Best.fudge.ever. Ever ever. I would drive all the way up to Prescott just for the double chocolate caramel sea salt fudge. No joke. Luckily I don’t need to because they ship. The chocolate cherry fudge was terrific, as was the cherry vanilla nut and chocolate peanut butter. We got some of their Amish caramel which was divine. I didn’t try any of the truffles or anything like that, but can testify to the awesomeness of the fudge.

Whether you like taffy, rock candy, jelly beans, fudge, or anything else, this place is worth checking out. Praline’s of Prescott is a better-than-average candy store on the top-floor of the mall and has a great selection of taffy, jelly beans, fudge, and rock candy. It has a lot of other candies too. All of the candy there is decent. Nothing bad, it’s all pretty good, actually. With tons of taffy, rock candy, and jelly bean flavors, I’d say you should check it out. Just note that it’s nothing special.

Praline’s is pretty much a cliché. It has just what you would expect from a small candy shop — buckets of salt water taffy, a display case of fudge, and a few dozen hand made chocolates of the usual sort. Oh, there are a few interesting items as well, but on the whole it is boring. If you have a panic attack based upon an overwhelming need for sugar, by all means trot on up here and get your fill. The candy is okay, it is not hugely overpriced for a candy store, and it won’t be crowded. HINT: It is located on the third floor of the same building that houses the Prescott Brewery. Mapquest shows it incorrectly as being at the other end of the block.

This is such a cool little candy shop, in a cool little mall. They have salt water taffy in many good flavors. The chocolate is amazing! They have fudge and other concoctions. It is a great place to grab something sweet!

What is that heavenly smell? *sniff, sniff* «That smells so good!» My son exclaims. When we walked inside this cute and fudgey place, we did our happy dance! We got some turtles, fudge, miniature ice cream cones, to die for toffee and awesome taffies. The sweet counter lady gave my son a complementary bag of jelly beans. Melt in your mouth, pure home made delicacies in this little store. Don’t miss it when you’re in town!

I don’t like sweets a lot but every time someone has Praline’s I can’t say no, and the shop is really neat also.

I know I said the candy wasn’t exceptional, but the peanut butter cups are really really good. Still haven’t tried all the candy.

I too am fortunate enough to get a box of Valentine’s day chocolates! Even weeks after arriving in New Jersey, the candy is still fresh when I need to de-stress and nibble on some chocolate. I find some of the plain chocolates too sweet, but that may just be me!(I’m a fan of dark chocolate) The chocolate and nut covered(english, if I’m not mistaken) toffee is amazing! I may be going out to Prescott over spring break to see my grandparents and I think I’ll have to pack light to bring back some sweets!(Heather, I might share! haha)

I am fortunate enough to receive a box of chocolates from Praline’s of Prescott a couple of times a year. The candy is made in the store and is so fressshhh! They don’t use any preservatives or wax, just 100% hip fattening goodness! My faves are the toffee, which just melts in your mouth, the peanut butter cups and turtles(nuts and caramel covered in chocolate). I also love the butter creams. I just discovered they take orders on-line. Maybe I’ll be getting MORE than a couple of boxes a year!
