Great little coffee bar. Lots of hippie students camping in stinky dirty clothes. Very«green» and earth muffin friendly. Does anyone shower anymore? Good coffee drinks and pastries.

Funky hometown vibe and freshly roasted coffee beans — it’s the bomb!(do people even say that anymore?) I buy all my coffee beans here & it’s the best — you’lll never go back to tired old stale coffee. If you want a brand X experience, go to Brand X. If you want coffee that tastes like COFFEE, go to Roasters!

Coffee was pretty decent, though I’ve had much better lattes. Since I just darted in, the atmosphere looked pretty cozy and customer service was just fine. What looked most impressive though were the baked goods. I’ll have to try a massive cinnamon roll the next weekend I stop in.

I was very disappointed in this place. It is one of the few times I feel like Unilocalers got it wrong with the four and a half star rating. The place was dimly lit and kind of dirty looking when I walked in and the baristas seemed like they’d rather be anywhere but working there. I believe good coffee comes from people that are either passionate about coffee or at the very least enjoy working at a coffee shop. These baristas were clearly neither. I ordered a hazelnut mocha here and I was very disappointed in the quality of the coffee in it. Especially considering the fact that they roast their own beans. Also it wasn’t mixed with the chocolate and hazelnut very well so the first several sips weren’t very good. But after I swirled things around it got.. .no better. Like a crappy mocha from a machine. The thing that saved this place from getting a one star was the fact that they have pretty great shortbread cookies in the jar next to the register and they are only 75¢ each. So good job on the cookies, but they need to get better coffee, a good store cleaning and some baristas that don’t seem so depressed.

In an effort for full disclosure, I’ll start by saying a friend of mine owns this place. However, I wouldn’t give a good review if I didn’t mean it. This is a great coffee joint, obviously frequented by locals. The coffee was excellent. Even my husband, a serious coffee snob, really liked the coffee. My kids enjoyed their croissants, which were as big as their heads. I enjoyed my coffee too, even though I polluted it(as my husband would say) with milk and sugar.

Cute old building that has a roaster inside for the freshest beans possible. I was able to get a couple pounds of a fresh roasted Ethiopian that was quite flavorful, and it gave my car a lovely scent all the way back to Phoenix. Nice staff, good coffee, and hot breakfast sandwiches make this a fun stop if you’re here in the morning hours. I’ll always make it a point to stop.

Located just a short stroll off the square in Prescott, this has become my go-to coffee house when I’m in Prescott. The place is busy, the service is friendly, the product is good, the atmosphere is homey-funky, they roast their own… what’s not to like? They have a few tables out front. Parking is available around the back as the street parking is often full. Prescott Coffee Roasters obviously has a local following… just try to find a table at 8:30 on a weekday. All in all a great local coffee house!
