McDonald’s

I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese. When I got it home and opened the box, the bun had a bite out of it. It wasn’t just torn or broken off. There was an actual bite out of the bun (in the circular shape of someones mouth). I had to drive all the way back to the store. The manager replaced the item and apologized but that was it. No extra compensation like offering me a milkshake or french fries for the inconvenience of having to return to the store to exchange the disgusting burger. Nothing. She just exchanged the item. That’s not exactly what I’d call satisfactory customer service after serving a customer a disgusting, half eaten burger and inconveniencing them into driving all the way back to the store to return the slop.

Remember when McDonald’s had the best fries. hot, crispy and salty. yummy! No more they are either undercooked, cold and bland or they are burned, hard and cold. what happened? Bring on the original McDonald’s values!

Went thru drive thru about 15 minutes ago. The girl at the pick up food window handed me my bag I went to look in it and she said «no need to look in it it is all there «I said well I want to check before I go home again she said no need it is all there and walked away. I thought ok she is confident about this so I drive away.
I get home and IT wasn’t all there. I live pretty far away. I am pissed that I didn’t look when I should have.
CHECK you order or go to another fast food store.. I don’t usually go to McDonald’s or fast food and now I will choose another location or go to the Burger King or Arby’s that is right next to them, when the mood hits.

If I reviewed this McDonald’s on the restroom alone, it would get 1 star. Nothing works in there. The urinal didn’t flush. The cold water taps on both sinks were broken. Good thing the hot water wasn’t that hot. The knob on the hot air dryer was loose and hanging down by a spring.
On the plus side, the dining room area seemed clean and ordering food was a no-​fuss experience. Can’t say that the food is superb but they made the sandwiches I ordered nicely enough.

So being a college student isn’t so great when it comes to having the time and money to go eat somewhere great. Especially through this bad economy where a dollar is so hard to spend and so hard to get, I needed something cheap and decent. After spending my morning studying, my brother and I decided to go for McDonald’s. We ordered two 10 piece chicken nuggets and a Big Mac Meal. This is very unhealthy, and i recommend you all not to do this on the regular. I had my 10 piece nuggets and it was great! Crispy on the outside, soft and juicy in the inside. The service was great. I gave them the money, they gave me the correct change back which was quite impressive. Took less than 2 minutes to get my food and cup. They could work on cleaning the tables a bit more. I found a leftover french fry laying on my table which I flicked off the table.
but seriously, I’m not a big fan of fast food and probably won’t be back til next never.
