I have never been treated so badly by a company in my life. We had always patronized this business but will never set foot in that store again, We ordered and paid in full for our furniture last May. When we still hadn't received our furniture almost a year later, I called to state my displeasure. The store manager told me that since I was unhappy he was going to cancel my order because he could make a huge profit by selling my furniture in his showroom whenever it finally arrived. I said I did not want to cancel my order. He laughed, hung up on me, and then put the five thousand I had paid a year ago back on my credit card. They benefitted from my money for an entire year, treated me horribly, and left me to start all over ordering furniture from another store when all I wanted was for them to honor their contract. There was no basis to break the contract other than greed. So much for loyalty.

The sales rep that I worked with was fantastic and she has been there for 20+ years. They aren’t pushy and they don’t bug you as you walk around looking which I like. Great experience and I really like that they are a local business. Will be going back when it’s time for bedroom furniture. I will say that they are not cheap, so I’m replacing my early twenties Ikea furniture in phases!

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered two wingback chairs from a rep who could’ve cared less if I shopped in their store. Paid over $ 2,400 for these chairs. Chairs came in and legs were damaged. Same sales person said that there was nothing she could do for me, as she sat at the counter eating her sandwich. I later called the manager who more or less tried to talk me into the fact that the legs were distressed.(I know the difference between damaged and distressed.) Finally, he gave in and said he would order new ones. 2 phone calls to the store and one email — 5 months, no legs. If you’re looking for furniture, go to Annapolis. This«local» store apparently doesn’t want or need the business.

We’ve been in this store 3 times. The first 2 times no one said hello or offered to help, in fact the second visit we found a woman at the front desk chatting on the phonewith a personal call. I waited 10 mins nearby and she stayed on the phone. Today I wanted to give them another try. Walked in with two sales associates at the front desk, neither greeted me, I walked around the store and once again no one offered to help me. Terrible customer service, we won’t be wasting our time or money.

When we went in the show room the customer service was great, very help full staff and the delivery was right when they said it would be. That is where the good news stops. The couch that we got does not sit any thing like what we picked out, the upholstery work is very bad and after a few months of very normal use the the back of the couch has broke. So if you something that will look good and last more than half a year buy some where else.
