Have gone to this Giant for the past year. Here is what I have observed: Pro’s: — Clean — Friendly Staff Con’s: — Obtrusive displays within the aisles!!! This is the most frustrating thing I’ve ever experienced in a supermarket. I’ve talked to other customers and they hate it, too. Basically it means two shopping carts cannot pass each other without being stopped by one of these annoying displays. And there are literally 4 – 8 in each aisle. I absolutely LOATH this and hope they stop. — Layout of produce section needs a major overhaul. Little thought appears to have been given here. For example, everyone needs onions. But Giant has it in an area where few people can actually get to them. — Lack of healthy meats in deli. There is one no-salt turkey available, but that’s basically it. — Organic section is too big. I go to this store all the time and notice that isle is regularly empty. Not a good use of space. — Bakery — — I’m going to try and be nice here and say they need improving :-). For example, their«gourmet» apple pie tastes like cardboard. Breads are also not up to standards IMO. — Lack of Selection — — there have been several items I’ve needed for recipes that this Giant does not have. Frustrating. The seafood section leaves a lot to be desired, too. Hope this review helps.

Ever since the Safeway in Prince Frederick treated me so crappy and the managers did nothing my new place to shop is the Giants! Customer Service has always been awesome, I don’t care what time of day it is there is somebody always there to greet me with a smile and act friendly! And this is what I love being treated like I’m somebody special :0) They also seem to find the YUMMIEST and CRUNCHIEST Green Grapes! Can’t complain about this store, I’m a frequent customer now I also love using my gas points for Cheaper gas
