Merry Maids

I used the service through the location in Waldorf MD. I ordered the move out cleaning as I was moving out. My movers were still in the house packing and I called to see if I can have the maide come the following morning. I was told they had no one available. So when the maid arrived the movers were still there. She cleaned 2 bathrooms and called her office to see if she can come back tomorrow (what I did earlier). The dispatcher told me miraculously there was a crew available for $ 80 more. I thought that was shady. When I called they can’t but now for more money they can. Don’t get me wrong their cleaning was immaculate. But the fact that they charged me for $ 275 already and refused so come back unless I paid more was poor customer service. Would I hire them again absolutely just want awareness for the company to improve their customer service skills.

We’ve been using them for years, and have always been very pleased with their service.
