I simply called to see if they could replace a nose pad on a pair of glasses. They told me to stop in they would fix it! I came work no appointment on a Saturday afternoon (1−9−16) and they fixed it and were as nice as could be!

This staff at this location are fabulous… friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! They are always so accommodating when I need to «drop in» to get adjustments to my glasses. The hours are great, very easy to get an appointment and have a nice selection. I have never had a bad experience with this location… you won’t be disappointed!

Very easy to get an appointment to fit my schedule. Great selection of frames and very helpful and patient staff. The office was clean and well organized and the staff were very personable. I will return for my next eye exam and would recommend to friends and family.

Excellent customer service. I first went to the Dunkirk location and dealt with a very rude man on my second and third visit there, so I decided to come to the Prince Frederick location. Randy Faulker, the General Manger (as well as the other associates) were very helpful. I made my purchase for prescription sunglasses then and there. He above and beyond helping me out. Will continue my business in the location.

I had no problems at the Prince Frederick location. Wasn’t pressured to buy anything I didn’t need, and they told me with my insurance I could get 2 pair! Walked out getting the 2 for minimal cost. $ 127 for both!

I like this office, I’ve seen two doctors here and both were through and provided a good prescription. Each member of the staff was friendly and helpful. They priced out my choices so I could get the best value from my insurance, their store specials and the coupons which are available from time to time on the MyEyeDr website. I’m only in town in weekends, but choose to come to this office rather then the MyEyeDr near my weekday house.
