Husband and 2 children stopped by this evening to use our $ 25 gift certificate we won at a silent auction. They walked in and placed a «To-​Go» order and was told it would be 15 minutes. Several other customers came in placed orders sat and were served before my family received their order. When my husband asked what was taking so long a employee stated that all the fryers were being used and it would just be a minute. Anyway, he ended up waiting nearly 45 minutes for a order that was suppose to take 15. Highly disappointed as we have been customers for years. Better service could go a long way.
