Great groomer! You can tell they really love animals not just the money. Our lab loves going to her «spa» morning there!

This place started out okay. We tried them because our prior groomer (who was GREAT) moved to North Beach and it was a drive to get them to the earlier groomer — but what a mistake. We used her a time or two, and the last few times it is obvious that they are all about just shoving as many dogs through a conveyor line process as possible — not about care and proper grooming of your dog. Today our dogs sat in a crate/​room with tons of other dogs for 4 HOURS without being touched… and that was with an appointment time. And when you call to say «what is taking so long» — they are short with you on the phone because they are more concerned about shoving dogs along this process then doing a good job. The last dog I took out got just a bath and they missed FLEAS on him and his anal glands and still charged $ 55 for the groom. If you love your dog and don’t want him traumatized by an all day fiasco at this place — find another groomer. Her prices change every time you are in there and the grooming is second rate at best.
