Always a terrible experience at this particular location. Only at the pharmacy though.

Ok 2nd time having a bad experience here and this is my last time coming here
First Time they told me they were
To busy to fill my sons meds come back later and they ‘forget’ to tell me they closed in an hour.
Most recent issue is them refusing to add or sell me ‘Bubble Gum’ flavoring for my sons medicine. Funny when I called the 1 – 800 number I was told they would do it no problem but when I get to the store the nasty clerk tells me because I didn’t buy the medicine from them (they don’t even sell this, it’s Riomet a liquid diabetes medication) they won’t sell me the liquid or fill it.
Screw them Walgreens happily filled it and had way better customer service WITH A SMILE! You lost another customer Rite Aid I hope you get your staff together for customer service training towards customers
