Poor customer service outsourced to India… which isn’t a big deal UNLESS you have a problem with an occasional thick accent. But the phone service they use is spotty and static-y making them customer service agents hard to understand and FORGET about asking for directions to the office if you don’t know the offic ei sin the hospital then they CAN’T give you directions. In addition I was OVERBILLED after my co-pay for a visit that was brief and almost insulting in an office that was FILTHY — the carpet in the examination room was covered in large dark stains and the chairs in the exam room were worn out and tattered. BOO!
