Stayed here several times, this was by far the worst. After going through a renovation like a year plus ago, you would think it would be cleaner. Rooms were not as clean, seat cushions on sofa turned the wrong way. Hair on floor of bathroom, mold around tub. Toilets are so low, no wonder the toilet paper holder is loose on the wall from people trying to stand up. However, it is Prince Frederick!!!

We’re solidly on the Marriott side, but this example is not up to par. On our first day out of our room, we came back to an unmade bed and unemptied trash. On our return on day two, there were several police cars in the entrance, a suspect in handcuffs, a front desk with no idea what is going on, two wasps in our room, and a non-functional AC. On the third day, we checked out, and won’t be back.

Room was clean as expected, Staff friendly, helpful, but the coffee at the breakfast buffet was surprisingly good. Dark and rich full flavor. Nice job. I own a coffee shop which is why I was surprised.

I had a few guests stay at this hotel for our wedding on May 30th, 2015. All of the guests said that the rooms were clean, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast was good. I was sad that they didn’t provide shuttle service back and forth from the hotel to the venue of Herrington on the Bay. I thought that they did– but we didn’t find out until the day of the wedding that they only had cab services offered or airport shuttles. However, they were really nice to give out all of our welcome bags and provide them to our guests. They were easy to work with and very cooperative and pleasant. Thank you for helping us out throughout the wedding planning. The customer service was overall really good.

I’ve stayed at this property about 6 times over the past 4 months and have found the staff here to be helpful and pleasant. The room I was in this past week left much to be desired. It was pretty shabby. Bed linens torn. Wall paper coming off. Areas that just didn’t look clean. I expect more from a Marriott property.

Five nights in this property and I can safely say that while it is out in the middle of nowhere, it is a shining example of the Springhill brand. I’ve stayed in a few Springhills(and quite a few Marriotts). This one has the usual features that I’ve come to expect. Free parking. Free breakfast(it’s not a banquet, but it is more than adequate). Free wireless internet. Comfortable room that is mostly quiet with a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee service. The folks that clean the rooms do a fine job. And the price is quite reasonable! Only one complaint. Every day, I hung my towel over the shower curtain rail. And every evening, they had brought me a fresh towel. Ummm. recycle?

Another great visit from the perspective of guest looking at the staff and facility. They have added a full rack of weights to the exercise room(two machines weren’t working properly though). Word to the wise among us, if there is a Bridal Party instruction list on the counter as you check in, request rooms floors above and far away of these college wanna be clowns. I mean really, if you are out of college, don’t treat the hotel like your private dorm. Geez. A pox on them.
