One of the worst nights I’ve ever had. I reserved a non-smoking room with a king size bed and I felt like I slept in a bar. I had a headache after 10 minutes being in the room. Absolutely unacceptable, even for the price.

The hotel staff is unorganized no one returns your call it especially the lady that is over the actual banquet hall. We called her several times regarding a birthday party that we wanted to use the banquet room she never returned the call. She gave me a appointment to come by and never came

Well I choose this hotel because it was close to the base, we got in at 10 pm and ckecked out at 7:30am the next morning. Around 10:00 am, my husband receives a call from the hotel, the women on the phone said she was calling because a decorative Shaw was missing, when the housekeeper went to clean out our room. She than said that if we didn’t return it, she was taking $ 5o.without our authorization, we told her we didn’t take it, she said she would call back, she was going to talk to housekeeping. Long story short, they took 50 out of our account. thay than changed their story and said a comforter was missing, not the shawl, they did refund the 50 dollars but I feel they were wrong to accuse my family of stealing. I only gave 1 star, but wish I could not leave a star at all. no apology from the manager, I was embarrassed in front of my kids .I will not stay at this hotel again. By the way I do not know what happened to the comforter or the Shaw but I did not steal it. After the manager the receptionist and the housekeeper had a private meeting the receptionist comes out and says oh you look like people of integrity and you would not steal so we’re going to refund you the money. so if you’re planning on staying at this hotel make sure you take pictures of what’s in the room so you do not get accused of stealing something.

Decent hotel for the price after a long drive from the Atlanta area. Room is clean and modern. Front desk was nice and responsive. Only one of our key cards worked. Young male digging through the garbage directly in front of the checkin area was a cause for concern. He appeared to be searching for his hidden stash before retuning to a car with a couple of equally scary people sitting inside. Not sure if these people were guests of the hotel or the attached restaurant.

I was kind of worried about staying here after the two reviews that were on here, however it was late and we had a graduation to attend in the morning. However, from the front lobby, to the parking lot, to the elevator, and into our rooms the place was exceptionally clean, smelled great, the people were friendly! I actually found that the needs were really comfortable, sheets were very clean and fresh. I love the location to Fort Lee, it’s within a mile plus is by several restaurants. The other side if Fort Lee was pretty scary, I would definitely recommend staying here!

Dingy units advertised as «luxury» suites, the place is in need of an overhaul, the overall feel is dark and dreary, the front desk clerk was very rude, sitting in the breakfast area as customers are at the front desk, she seemed annoyed returning to the desk as if she couldn’t be bothered with customer service, the cost of the rooms does not meet the standard they should at $ 90/night, there are better hotels in the area, I would skip this location.

This is my second time here and I only choose to stay here because it is near Ft. Lee. Had lots of complications getting my room due to a flight delay, receptionist was very upset about trying to fix it. Customer support as a whole isn’t great. The overall look of the hotel is mediocre, all the hallways smell like smoke. The rooms are a decent size with a mini fridge, microwave, and a coffee pot. Everything isn’t up to their highest standard. Knobs on drawers are loose, scuffs and marks on walls, toilets weren’t completely clean, and plenty of stains on the couch. They advertise that they have wifi but BOTHTIMES there is no wifi. They claim that they’re «fixing it» but there is none. Last time I was here was October. They say it’s because of the firewall with apple products. Which I think is impractical considering that the majority of people are using apple products. I’m very frustrated, and I will not stay here again. UPDATE I FOUND A BEETLEINMYBED
