If you decide to purchase a sleep number bed be sure to make the purchase of your sleep number bed contingent on having your bed delivered on time since the ware house in New Jersey is REALLY BAD at not only delivering the bed on time but they don’t deliver the correct parts so those assembling your bed can do their job. Don’t be surprised if the store you bought it from tells you they can’t do anything about it. Not good

This is a follow up review. Read the first one also. After leaving a message on Unilocal customer support sent me a message asking for my information so he can help me. I respond back to the message asking him question and no answer. Day later sent him another message asking questions and no answer. Now I know why. 90 days trial is over so they don’t want to help.

Friendly and helpful staff. But be weary of the «delivery in 2 weeks». I purchased my bed September 2nd… earliest delivery is September 29th. Their excuse: «We had more orders than we expected». Don’t guarantee your customers a delivery time frame if it is not going to be honored.
Also, I ended up with 2 knee pillows. The associate kept on putting them on even after I said no numerous times. The reasoning is they have a pillow quota and I was asked «just to help out».
