Horrible customer service. My first cleaning was perfect and even better than I expected. I decided to get a second cleaning one month later. When I got home it was as though my things were purposely shifted and moved, yet nothing was clean. Seems like the only thing that was done was a bowl was washed and my bed was made. NOTHING else was done. It makes me uncomfortable to think that someone moved my frames and things around, yet didn’t dust. When I called to tell MaidPro about how horrible my second service was, they offered me a re-clean. The woman came in and rushed to only clean my floors(because I said that was most important to me) but wouldn’t clean anything else. A month later Matt called me to schedule my next cleaning. I said I did not want a next cleaning due to inconsistent cleaning service from them. Instead of apologizing and offering me perhaps a discount on my next cleaning as an apology, he made me feel as though I was in the wrong. I will NEVER use MaidPro again and due to lack of GOOD customer service, I wouldn’t even take an apology or a discount anymore. I would’ve given them one more shot had Matt been more respectful on the phone with me. Horrible company.

Terrible Customer Focus! After being confronted on Unilocal from the Business Customer Service department, advising Matt and his staff had reached out to me and left messages SEVERAL times, I called Matt this morning. When he got on the phone with me, he was clearly annoyed and standoffish, asking why I was calling and what he could do for me. I again explained that I had only received one message from him and never spoke to any manager regarding my issue. Again, Matt asked why I was calling and what he was expected to do. At this point, I have come to terms with the fact that this company will not do anything to compensate me for my loss.(and I cannot prove it, so I suppose I understand) However, I am still so disappointed that I was never given the opportunity to talk to a person of authority to discuss the issue. It was only after my negative review on Unilocal that anyone called me. My call with Matt today solidified the fact that MaidPro is not concerned with my business or my experience. He told me that when I called and spoke to the dispatcher asking to for the issue to be escalated, she did escalate it. How was I to know that? He then told me I didn’t give him time to call me back. So, online reader, I ask you… if you called and asked for a manager at 9 am and were told someone would call you back by the COB, what would you expect? I was never contacted, so I called again the next morning asking again for a manger, and told he was busy, but he would call me back. 4 days of these discussions. In all that time, no one had time to return my call? No one had time to call and say«hi, long time customer. We are sorry this happened and will work with you to get something resolved. We want your experience with us to be positive.» At the very least, I would expect this to have taken place. So again, I urge you to take this into consideration before you hire this company.
