We recently used an agent from this office to help us find a rental, and she did not disappoint. Jenifer Janis was excellent. She was prompt when replying to messages, found and showed us many listings, and finally organized the lease for our new home.

I recently had the misfortune of working with one Weichert Realtor who was fairly unimpressive from the start. As time went on, my first inituition proved correct. He was down right dishonest. We backed out of the deal and lost thousands, had we stayed in the deal it our loss would have been multiplied substantially.

This is the worst mortgage experience I have ever had in my life.
1) No respect for other people’s time. I was given an appointment on two occasions and had to wait for over 30 to 45 mins each time.
2) I worked with them to secure a loan for my home and all the talks looked very attractive and I trusted them with my mortgage and was terribly disappointed. After they ordered appraisal it took them nearly 3 weeks to send me a report. When questioned they said that on the first appraisal they made a error and on the second report using the same comps they appraised for a higher value. Everything was handled in an unprofessional way.
3) I had to close on a home in Jan 2014 and just a day before closing I hear that my loan is denied. All was set for me to move in and I had to under go a lot of stress to make alternative arrangements. This is after me following up consistently on the developments and till the last min they did not communicate to me that there was an issue.
Overall a very unprofessional team. I would not recommend them to anybody. I usually do not write comments until I face a serious customer service and a communication breakdown. They are one of them and never use them as I know you will be disappointed.
