What a fun day. This was my first time here, and went with 7 other friends on a groupon. We chose the bank robbery room, which we learned was the most challenging room to escape from. But we worked together and fall into the 10% who got out. I highly recommend it. And recommend bringing a full group so you don’t end up with people you don’t know in your room. Cause you do need to communicate and work well together

Came here with a group of friends for one of my friends birthday, Here’s my experience from soup to nuts: I found my tickets on Groupon. Instead of buying them from Groupon I called the store directly and they gave me the Groupon rate. If you’re going in a group and all of you are paying separate, you have to call to reserve the room you want around the same time, and request the same time slot. Once I arrived the waiting area was completely full. The waiting area is kind of small and there didn’t seem to be any air circulating so it was a little smelly in there(B.O., stale breath etc) Any who… I didn’t have to check in or anything. We just had to wait until our game started. All the games start at the exact same time. Prior to starting the game, the game master explains the rules and then escorts you back to the room. There is a game master assigned to each group. There are cameras in each room. The game master can see and hear you and if you get stuck he gives you tips on how to solve or find your next clue. Some of the Clues are so weird, I swear you would never solve them without the game masters help. Well, at least our group wouldn’t have… lol It’s a great activity to team build and to just do something different. We escaped in 59mins. So we just made it under the wire. After you’re done the entire group goes back to the waiting area to take pictures, the pictures are uploaded on their FB page(they have you sign a waiver for this when you first arrive. So if you’re camera shy skip the photo). Overall, it was a good experience, I’d definitely do it again!

We all had a blast in this place! So much fun but you are timed to 60 minutes so good luck! Great place for kids and adults to get together to chip off the competitiveness in themselves!

Came here recently & did the Cabin room with a group of 5(6 is max). Overall I had a good time, the puzzles were harder & more… abstract? than the puzzles at another escape room I did in Philly. There was also more variety of things to do, instead of just opening padlocks you had to physically do things(can’t give away too much…). Also, more technology used than the other place I did(i.e electronic locks, lights, sensors) Plenty of parking which is free, the location comes up on you quick, so be prepared to turn right into the small office complex right after Princeton Mini & before the complex with Trader Joe’s/Chipotle. Cost was $ 30 a person, but check for Groupons to save some money.

Fun! Make sure you go with enough people so that you don’t get put with any randos, and try to book at least a day in advance. Nice bonding experience and it feels great to win! Puzzles are challenging enough but not too difficult to figure out, especially because you get hints when you’re stuck. Watch out for red herrings, not every thing means something. We did dorm room and it was fun, my friends tried time travel and said it was really hard, apparently not many people get out of time travel. Look for groupon deals. And use FLY10SPECIAL for 10% off! We ended up paying 23.50 per person with a group of 8 people.
