I’m really surprised at reading any negative review about Barclay Square. I’ve been here on and off since 2004 (while they were still building the complex) and I’ve had a great experience. Any maintenance request is dealt with in a timely manner – as a matter of fact, sometimes I send a request via email to the property manager, and 15 minutes later the maintenance staff is at my door. The maintenance staff is very friendly and competent, and they resolve any issues quickly. This is an apartment complex that doesn’t feel like an apartment complex, with great amenities and beautiful units. I don’t think you could find a better rental in the area.

This has been a bad experience. I am here in a place through Oakwood in a furnished apartment with a rent of $ 6000 a month. A temporary living arrangement while looking for a home. I have had 2 toilets clogged. Service folks (very unfriendly and unpleasant) have been in here 4 times leaving a mess and this problem is still not resolved.
