Stopped here for a meal off the highway. Food was great, prices reasonable and the restaurant was clean. Waitstaff is quite young but worked diligently to provide prompt friendly service. Food quality was excellent, delicious flavor, fresh and hot. I loved the guacamole and quest dip! My boyfriend had the fish tacos and I have a chicken taco salad bowl. We both really enjoyed our dishes. No sharing! :-). I definitely recommend for a stop!

Given the reviews here I went to Campestre. I expected the skies to open up and to get a quick glimpse of haven, well it didn’t. The food was pretty mediocre the Guacamole looked like it came from a Costco plastic bag. the steak quesadillas were average at best and the service was even bellow that level. All in all not the worse restaurant I ever experienced but not much better either. For me Applebee’s and several of the other restaurants here are a much better choice.

My husband and I stopped here for dinner on a road trip and knew we were in for something good when we saw the place was packed at 8:30pm on a Friday night. The margaritas are excellent. We thought the tacos and enchiladas were very good. There were many items on the menu that looked great, but we stuck to the basics due to the late hour and our need to avoid over eating. The aromas were stellar as the plates were being delivered around us, and we are hopeful to be able to visit this little Mexican gem again.

Poor service and bland food. I was seated quickly but rarely saw a server after that. Food was super bland and no hot sauce on the tables. Couldn’t even get attention for extra napkins(only had one!). Might be good for West Virginia, but I’ve had way better.

Visiting from California we stopped by this restaurant. I found the food to be delicious. I had the chicken tamale but substituted tomatillo salsa for the cheese sauce. My hubby had the chimichanga. I thought this place was better than the standard biscuits and gravy joints in the area.

Wow! This place has the best food for Mexican. The burritos were awesome and so were the margaritas! Quite cheap also.

First things first, I am a food snob. This place is very clean. We ordered the grilled tilapia tacos and they are fantastic. The chipotle sauce compliments them quite well. My son ordered the kids chicken tenders and they were great also.

Had dinner at this Campestre for this first time this evening. The Beckley location is good, and this one didn’t let me down. The salsa is really fresh and flavorful. I had the half order of chicken fajitas which was hefty for a half order. The wait staff is friendly and über clean in pressed, matching PRL oxfords. They must buy Tide pens in bulk. I always complicate things by altering the menu item(yes, I’m that pain in the ass guy). My order came out fast and just like I requested. In Princeton, where choices are limited, this place deserves a try.

Line was long. Got seated in a decent amount of time. But service again was slow. I was facing the bar and could see our waiter chatting there, this was fine, except when we needed him. THe food was good, standard American Mexican food.

We stopped here on our way back to Pittsburgh from North Carolina. We got there at 12:20 on a Sunday and even though the door said they opened at 12, the place was PACKED. Our party of 2 was seated right away. Chips and salsa were excellent(but the white stuff was miracle whippy and weird) and my fiancé and I both ordered the enchiladas verdes. Less than 5 minutes later, we were eating. I was amazed at how fast. It wasn’t until halfway through eating that I realized they were cheese enchiladas with chicken on top. A little strange, but not bad. The check came and it was less than 15 $. Very impressive. On our way out, the line was literally out the door. Not sure the next time I’ll be driving past Princeton, but if I’m hungry and we’re close, I’d definitely stop again.

Clean! Super clean! I will not deduct a star for the bartender/host, who did not acknowledge us as we stood by the entry way acting busy on his register with no one else around. Meanwhile, once we were seated Miguel bounced on the scene & was superb! And he also helped us narrow down our choices I ordered No. 1 — One taco, two enchiladas and rice. Pork Taco –Chicken enchilada & a ground beef enchilada for $ 7.50 The bride ordered Chile Verde — Choice of steak, chicken or pork with tomatillo sauce or our mild red sauce. Served with rice, beans and flour tortillas. also for $ 7.50 Both entrée’s were served piping hot and were very GOOD! Everything was so good, I had to try the flan, which was fantastic! Miguel was an excellent server. Lunch for 2 on, just off the interstate $ 18.50

Perhaps not really authentic Mexican, no, but as good Tex-Mex as you’ll find in many larger locales and in a really cute atmosphere and with friendly, prompt, service. If you want Tex-Mex, it’s exactly what you’ll want and the food came out very quickly which is nice for a place near the interstate. Certainly, you’d not probably expect this type of quality in a small shopping plaza next to a Walmart super-center.

Salsa, Chips, and Fajitas — OLAY!!! The service is great and you get you food quickly! The waiters have always been very kind and helpful. They are really great with my kids, too. The chips and salsa are super delicious and come in unlimited quantities. I usually get the fajitas dinner and it’s always be yummy. My kids like the cheese quesadillas and tacos. I’ve only ordered something once that I didn’t like, the pork dinner. It was shredded pork, looked grey, tasted okay, but my stomach was not happy afterwards. I didn’t send it back and I ate most of it, so it obviously wasn’t that bad, but I WON’T be ordering that, again. I HAVE been back at least twice since I had the grey pork and the quality of those subsequent meals was way better than that one bad instance.

First time at this place. The service was friendly. They did mess my order up and had to wait for them to fix it. As for the food I was not very impressed. I had the burrito and the sauce tasted like it was from a can. The flavour was just not there for me. I did enjoy the chips and dip! This place was very clean, including the washrooms.

Stopped here traveling north on I-77. Ordered to go and it was done lightning fast. Couldn’t have gotten fast food faster. They even included the chips and salsas with our order. The food was excellent and staff courteous. Highly recommend. Unilocal pulls through again.

On our way to Ohio, this place was a great place to stop for a quick bite. And I mean quick! We were in and out in 30 mins. Which was great for us on our road trip. The salsa was good, but the chips also came with a white dip that reminded me of Miracle Whip and spices, kinda gross. I got the veggie quesadilla, YUM!!! Really good flavors. Chuck got the chimichanga, good, but not big enough in his opinion(maybe order the dinner portion instead of the lunch portion). It was a nice stop and I was glad we chose this place over Cracker Barrel since we have Cracker Barrel in Sanford.
