Encountered these folks during an event where they’d been contracted to have a petting zoo. This was nothing short of animal cruelty. Bringing baby pigs, baby chickens/​ducks to something so that toddlers and their monster-​footed mothers could stomp around, pick up the babies and sling them around? I watched one mother, absorbed in her phone, nearly crush a couple of the baby birds with her monster feet while her toddler picked up a rabbit and tried to hug it to death, swinging it to and fro with all his might.
The two attendants made very little move to monitor the kids’ behavior and baby animals have no place being exposed to baby children who have no idea how to handle animals.
This is not a company I can support in any way. Stop putting baby animals in harms way.
