Just had a battery replaced in my 2 year old MacBook Air 11″ at the New Hope location. Part, a very reasonable $ 135. Labor, a grossly excessive $ 250 for a straight forward, uncomplicated and quick repair. Outlandish labor pricing by any measure. Be aware. Owner has since offered me a free year of cloud storage which I did not need. Fact remains, charging nearly $ 250 labor to replace a battery in a computer is outlandish. The right thing to do was to adjust the labor back to a more reasonable $ 125. Owner does not seem to want to flex. My advice to all, make sure you have a clear understanding of the cost to repair your machine at this facility before you turn it over and agree to the mandatory $ 90 diagnostic fee. Apple would have charged me $ 279 for the exact same repair including part.. I learned a $ 100 lesson but my loss could be your benefit.

I want to thank CC for help yesterday when I came into the store with a bunch of confusing problems. Don had time to help me with everything. I was grateful and also glad I really did need to buy something — a thumb drive. I trust them to have good accessories and good advice, as well as the best computers on earth. Thanks guys!

You ask to support local business, which i did, but then I find out you have ZERO inventory. I’ve bought 4 computers at your store, to be nice. I can get them on-line easy and cheap directly from Apple. But to support you I buy from you. And now it’s more than a week that i’m waiting for an obviously easy thing — a retina Macbook, the most popular product. And i call each day, and it’s always about to come in. If you guys can’t deliver, don’t take the order! BADSERVICE. I would not buy from this place.

While I do trust these guys to repair my computer well, this store lives and profits from the lack of a local Apple Store. They are arrogant, unversed in customer service and lazy, frequently opening late and closing early.

They called me when they ordered the part and when the repair was complete. My ipod sounds great and the repair was reasonably priced. Some of the staff are still learning the billing system, so I had to wait a while to get a receipt. However, the managers were sensitive to my needs as well as those of their staff, so I was fine with waiting. Glad to have an apple retailer and service center in the neighborhood!
