Was constructing a Death Eater costume, had concerns about out-of-stock items based on previous reviews. But since I didn’t need it for a couple months it was fine. Melissa with their support team was very attentive about my concerns when I checked on the status of the out-of-stock items a month later. Seeing that one of the items was not going to be ready by the time I needed it she made it easy to find a replacement. 5 for their CS 3 for not having the item I wanted

I placed an order for some Medieval garb for a Renaissance Faire, and they contacted me about the availability of one of the items. Emily from customer service was very helpful in allowing me to change my order and authorize a change to the charge on my credit card. They were very transparent about the lead time for their items, and very responsive via email. The items I received were of good quality, and besides a leather lace that broke shortly after I received it, I am very happy with the items. I would certainly buy from here again.

Very disappointed. I was excited with their selection and ordered some cool items for a steampunk wedding I was attending. The wig is set up strange with the back actually lower than the front. I called and was told this was not high quality but a costume wig. I let the rep know that I had many wigs from Spirit Halloween(for cheaper!) and it was much better quality. I was told that unfortunately there was nothing they could do to help me. Won’t order here again.
