I just purchased my new iPhone 6s a week ago. Clumsy me, I proceeded to drop it immediately (the day before my protective case arrived!) and shattered the screen. I looked up «iPhone screen repair» in Princeton and Digital Doc came up with great reviews.
Josh returned my call immediately and met me on campus to assess the damage. He immediately ordered a replacement screen, got me set with a tempered glass sheet in addition, and had all the work done in one day. All in all, I was separated from my phone for a little over 5 hours– amazingly speedy! Very impressed with the service.

Wonderful experience. Dropped my iPhone 6 last week and shattered the entire screen. Brought it into Digital Doc the same day and in less than an hour they had replaced the screen and put on a Tempered Glass screen for extra protection. Following the repair I was having speaker problems– unsure if they occurred as a result of the drop or the repair I brought it back into DigitalDoc. Josh & the entire staff were extremely helpful and professional. They solved the speaker problem and got my phone back in perfect working condition! Would strongly recommend for their extraordinary customer service. Thank you Digital Doc!

Great customer service! Went in on a Saturday with a very cracked iPhone 6, they took care of it right away and had it completely fixed in less than 45 minutes. They give you a call when it’s done and made the process seamless. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a cell phone fixed!
