The hotel is an older property, but clean, and the service was good. The room and bathroom were clean. The mattress was a bit broken down… too soft. The complimentary breakfast was just fine. The only comment is on value. The cost for 1 night here was $ 150. That just seems too high for this property. There must be a lack of competition in the Princeton area. We pay the same price for a new Residence Inn in Indy. Anyway, it is what it is. This is where we needed to stay this time, and it was more than adequate for our needs. I will stay here again next time…

The inside lobby was clean, hotel staff seemed nice and the price is descent. The rooms were small, beds comfortable, bathroom super small with the sink on the outside of the bathroom. Took a shower and noticed mildew stains on the shower curtain. Went for breakfast in the morning and they had 1 biscuit left and a half serving of scrambled eggs so I just skipped it. I would probably rather go to mt. Carmel super 8 or the Hampton in Princeton if I had to do it again.

Will not return. The only positive was the young man that checked us in… great job! Otherwise, GM, please walk into Room 111 and inspect the bathroom. Caulk around base of toilet is disgusting, the shower ADA seat is looking like a biology experiment — growing stuff. Rooms not clean. Breakfast was missing many items — however, since you were feeding the Front Desk associates family(unable to tell you her name since she didn’t have a name tag on) two kids, a husband, a sister and a brother in-law how could you not run out of items. She even answered the hotel phone remotely from her breakfast seat… not the Marriott experience we expected at all! No GM cards available at the front desk.

We spent two nights here as we were in town for a wedding and a funeral. Rooms were extremely clean and recently updated. Hotel was quiet during this particular weekend, so that was nice. The guy working weekends was super friendly and informative upon initially checking in. During our second night here the fire alarm went off. I made my way down the stairs and to the lobby to find out that some people had a grill on the patio and were cooking too close to the building. The person working the dear that night, a woman who left a lot to be desired), had no idea what to do or who to contact. I would agree with a previous customers comment and say that training seems to be lacking here. I’d hate to see what her reaction would have been had it been a real fire. The hotel does reek of chlorine when you walk in the building. Big continental breakfast in the mornings with lots of food options. Hotel is conveniently close to Walmart, restaurants, a strip mall, movie theater and gas station, Overall, we had a decent stay and we would come back.

Hotel has been recently renovated. Front desk people friendly and helpful. Had some maintenance issues with the room and had to ask three times for them to be addressed. Not sure if it a communications issue or lack of training, resources, etc. Also kept getting a whiff of sewer gas occasionally. Wanted to give the manager direct feedback but there was no Buisness card at the front desk as is the norm. I hope he or she reads Unilocal. Would not be my first choice.
