No pressure sales. Chuck is not a salesperson but a training professional helping you select the best exercise equipment for your needs. I am downgrading the rating from 5 to 2 stars. After the sale was closed the attitude has changed. There were 3 or 4 promises to call me back that never happened. He promised that if the equipment we purchased gives us medical problems, they would take back. And sure they were eager to do that at a 35% restocking fee for an elliptical three months old with 20 hours of use. Also we had to buy something else. By the way their prices are significantly higher then what you can get on line. I was looking to exchange my lightly used elliptical with a treadmill from the floor siting there for almost one year. They would still want 35% restocking fee and the price for the used equipment(same times marked down 40%) was about $ 1800 for a LifeSpan Fitness TR4000i, same as what I could buy as new on line. Today I can buy that treadmill for $ 1499 at Sears. Not to forget the $ 200 delivery they charge for one piece, I had furniture sets delivered for less.

0 stars. The customer service here sucked. I called two days prior to a delivery and asked for a morning delivery. Simple, right? I get an email the next day saying delivery is exactly the time I did not want. Three phone calls later just lame excuses and a promise that the delivery men will keep us updated all day. It’s 1:40 on the day of delivery and not one phone call. The manager is unresponsive and unhelpful. Once we spent the $ 3,000+ he just didn’t give a damn. Buy online. The service couldn’t get any worse.
