Just got a «new» replacement phone. It came in a plastic ziplock bag. It still drops the majority of my calls, sounds like its on speaker all the time, and I still have no 3G service and have to be on WiFi. They want to give me an other loaner phone 4 – 6 weeks to send it in for repairs! Or I can move out of their coverage area and get out of my contract as long as I return my phone. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! LET ME OUT OF MY CONTRACT NOW!!! Your customer service suck and you cell phone service is nonexistent.
