Staff is friendly. The food is good for what it is, just be careful of sodium if you are sensitive to it. I had half of the reuben in my picture and it was arguably the saltiest thing I’d ever eaten. I understand that adding tons of salt to a dish is a cheap way to boost flavor, but this was bordering on the unethical.

The subs are huge and out of this world! Love the fact that Obama has been here! Their Italian is super good and the food is always fresh. Service is great! I really like it here!

Stopped in here with my boyfriend for a late lunch. I don’t eat much meat in general so I ordered a small veggie sub and my boyfriend had the chicken cheese-steak. He enjoyed it. My sub was tasty and the ingredients tasted fresh. The people working there seemed friendly and smiled. I hope that they keep up the good service and food. I took off one star because it would be nice if they had a few more vegetable options like Subway. Hope to return for another veggie sub soon.

This location has always treated me well. They send coupons in the mail so that’s nice. Even had one of the employees tell me to keep my coupon but that he’d still honor it… sounds good to me! Service is very friendly, and my order is always prepared in front of me with lots of toppings… not much different from other locations I’ve been to. Will be returning for great sandwiches to go!

Simply the best subs. Meat and cheese are deli sliced to order. I get the turkey provolone on white with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles and mayo and it rivals the best food in the world. Simple food, done right. It’s miles ahead of Subway and any other sub sandwiches I’ve had.

I have been here 4 – 5 times since it opened. The food is good, no argument there. The service, however, needs some work. I refrained from writing this review the first few times I went there, hoping service would improve after the first few months had passed, but after my most recent visit it seems like service still needs work: –Ordering lines are unclear and often someone who comes in after you will be asked what they’d like before you are. Not a huge deal, but also not what you want to happen — especially if said person is ordering for 6 people. –You will often be asked by at least three workers what you’re ordering. There do not seem to be assigned roles for each worker, which would be fine if it worked– but it doesn’t. –Workers will ask what you want without writing it down. Then they’ll forget what you said, and ask again. Then they’ll realize they need to write down what you said, and do so. Why not just standardize that orders are written down? Great food, but clarity in the ordering process would be wonderful. Getting served in the order you arrive and not having to repeat your order 4x.

Jersey Mike’s is my favorite non-small-sub shop. The people are super nice and they generally get your orders right. The pricing is pretty right and they have a good selection of veggies. The best thing though is that they slice cheese to order which kind of does something random and great for the cheese. Especially if you can get them to slice something a little extra thin.

Great food great service! Normally, when I’m in the mood for a hoagie or other sandwich I had for Wawa, but not today. I recently found out that this location had opened from a coworker of mine and I tried them out. Needless to say this is now my go-to lunch spot. I got the Italian sub and it is perfect. It has a good amount of meat and cheese and toppings unlike other places where you get maybe 3 slices of meet. I would totally recommend Jersey Mikes to anyone

This place is good. They even have ranch instead of mayo, which is ace. And whole wheat not just white bread. Not too much in the cheese dept(no yellow American?) but basic sandwiches are ok with provolone. People were nice, clean place. I paid $ 9 for a small sandwich and a small drink– no chips or anything. Kinda pricey.

This place is amazing and the subs are huge. These are made to order. We ordered the big kahuna and grilled veggie wrap both on wheat. Ask for lee and be impressed

I should have known when it says ‘subs’ and not ‘hoagies’ I ordered the chicken ceaser wrap and my friend got the buffalo chicken wrap. Both were fresh and made to order; yet I found myself wanting to add salt and pepper to my wrap. Although the lettuce was fresh, the ceaser dressing was running and watery. The chicken was tasteless and it seemed boiled, or microwaved with no flavor. My friend who ordered the buffalo chicken wrap said the same thing; even with the buffalo sauce; the chicken was lacking flavor. All in all, it was a work function and I am not complaining about free lunch BUT if I do return to Jersey Mikes; I would probably stick with a traditional hoagie instead of a wrap.

We really liked this. Top of the line hoagies. When you want to taste what was meant with the invention of the SUB, Jersey Mike’s fare has a certain back-in-the-day quality. And even a condiment juice, which is standard. We asked to have a bit of mayonnaise spread on, too, before the goodies. I realized I don’t eat a sub for the vegetables after all, and don’t enjoy skimping too much on meat, either. Our meal: the Italian selections. Great sports-tv viewing in there, by the way. This line of restaurants will make all other chains look up from the mud-heap of less satisfying sandwiches. Even some mom-n-pop delicatessens. (submarine sandwich, as in sUBway) a.k.a. hoagie

Mixed feelings here, first time in, sandwich was fresh and tasty, store was clean, help was friendly and efficient, but the value’s not there IMO — had a «mini» sub which was an apt description especially given the amount of meat and cheese used, but it cost $ 5.25 plus tax. Oh, one other little nugget: the toppings selection is far smaller than at Jared’s favorite sub shop. I’d never avoid this place, but I’d also never go out of my way to eat here.
