Jimmie’s Restaurant is an over 50-​year-​old soda shoppe still alive in Princeton, WV.
If you are expecting a clean restaurant with good service, you’re not going to get it. If you like new experiences, eating here will provide just that. A local family, the Mosaries, own this restaurant. Unfortunately the restaurant is frequented by riff-​raff because of the location on Mercer Street – I don’t care.
Their potatoes «french fries» are hand-​cut and the best in the world. You can’t go wrong for breakfast or lunch. The sausage and bacon is outstanding at Jimmie’s. They serve everything with thick sliced tomatoes… LOVE it. Their hamburgers are fresh and hand-​pattied.
I suggest everyone get off of their high-​horses and try Jimmie’s!
