This agent’s staff is good. However that is not of much help because all questions are referred back to the Agency owner, Mr Kerlin. Mr Kerlin showed us nothing but arrogance and mean spiritedness. He has returned our calls twice between 1985 and 2014, both times after we went over him to the corporate office to have our issues resolved. He overcharged us so that finally we had to move to another insurance agency. There are a lot of other insurance companies with responsive agencies. You do not need the abuse.

I have 4 cars insured with John Buck Kerlin for well over 6 years. Extremely efficient and professional and you can always reach them. They also insure our home and also offer life insurance. Call them for a quote you have nothing to loose and alot to gain and tell them I referred you.
