An awesome find… excellent bbq and some of the nicest people we’ve met.
My boy thought the burger and homemade fries were great, I had the brisket and wife had turkey… oh so good.

Great barbecue and burgers, also nicest guy you could ever meet. Hot pig sandwich is awesome. Good spicy kick AND great smoky flavor. Better than most other barbecue joints in DFW.

Good brisket that’s tender with a good smoky flavor. Burgers are good and served on a toasted bun. They have a separate area for you to dress your burger with mustard, mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onions. All the ingredients were very fresh and I liked that I could dress my own burger.
Fries seemed fresh cut and had a good seasoning. Fried okra was also good.
The restaurant had a simple menu and the atmosphere of a local dive. I will return the next time I’m in the area.

Landers stayed open past closing time just to make my daughter a burger and fries. So fresh, and yummy. Love the atmosphere and awesome staff!!!

Great bbq, burgers and atmosphere. The old building is set up nicely. Live music on some night really is great so byob and gather some family and friends and check them out.

I have had nothing but good food here. It is family owned, their son is in my daughters class and is a great kid.
We have had their fries, cole slaw, beans, burgers, Bologna, loaded potato, brisket, turkey and sausage. The only thing o haven’t been completely fond of was the beans because they had less of a sweet taste than I prefer. Cole slaw is amazing and very well balanced. I would totally recommend this place.

Not worth it. BBQ brisket was tough. Small portions — sides were large. Burger was small and flat ¼ inch — got without bun and did not look like patty. Was very dry — disappointing

Love the building. Excellent venue. Smoked sausage has good flavor but fine mealy texture, I prefer a coarser grind myself. Brisket was good but lukewarm. Overall good eats. I will return.

Returned today for a burger and pulled pork. The BBQ was moist, tender and smoky — delicious. Lunch companion loved the burger. Peach cobbler was very tasty as well.
