Got our Easter dinner from here & my whole family was blown away! Everything was extremely fresh and absolutely fantastic! The lamb shanks were so flavorful and melted in our mouths. My favorite dish was the artichoke/fennel dip, it was mouth watering and we all could not stop eating it! First time here and will definitely order again! Highly recommend!!!

In the midst of a little strip of stores on route 206 lies this gem of a deli. In my opinion, most delis end up being a disappointment due to low quality food and overall poor food diversity. Well, Lucy’s kitchen separates itself from the rest by providing fresh food that is both delicious and diverse. I ordered a fresh turkey sandwich(not cold cuts, but actual turkey meat) which came with cranberry sauce and tomato, and also a side order of cole slaw. There is a very small amount of seating off to the side by the window, so I parked it over there and had my meal. The sandwich was delicious. It came on a roll and went perfectly with the cranberry sauce and tomato. It was evidently fresh and very filling. The cole saw was also delicious as it was not your usual sweet tasting slaw that’s too heavy on the mayo. It also didn’t taste like it had been sitting around for days. This is definitely a place I’ll coming back to more often. Great food, high quality and fair prices.

Nice place for a quick lunch or to pick up dinner. Lots of good stuff here, quickly served and some small tables you can eat at. Reasonably priced for the quality.

Love this place! Can’t really pin-point one meal that I love because everything is always so amazing. Their pasta dishes are always a home run(obviously) so I usually opt for that. The many time I have been there, the staff is always so warm and welcoming, especially memorable is Lily, she’s great! I’m craving Lucy’s just writing this review, definitely going soon!

Lucy’s is a convenient though high priced take out spot in the Princeton area. Fresh and frozen pastas are very good, but the Bolognese sauce is as good if not better than many restaurants. Better prepared foods than any supermarkets too. My advice: go with the excellent sandwiches, soups, or ready made salads. My personal favorite, the roast turkey/Brie. Very good bread selection too. I’ve never had an issue with customer service, but at peak lunch hours there can be a wait. Lucy’s is open on weekends but the best selection can be found on weekdays.

This place is great. They offer small batch, fresh cooked sauces, dips, pastas, salads and a variety of pre-made food. They typically always have lasagna, eggplant parm, meatballs, garlic and olive oil tossed veggies along with a bunch of seasonal items. One of my favorite items is their linguini dish. It is simple and delicious. Fresh linguini tossed with olive oil, salt, shredded cheese and toasted walnuts. They also offer a variety of fresh made sandwiches and paninis($ 8 or less). While most are always available they have daily sandwich and soup specials. Sign up for their daily email and they will send you the specials. They have a small selection of cheeses, olive oils, olives, baked goods and specialty bottled drinks(non alcoholic). This is definitely a take out type place but there is a thin bar height counter with seating for 8. Lucy’s has a little bit of everything to ease your gourmet cravings of fresh pasta, fresh sandwiches or other tasty treats. The quality is excellent but be prepared to pay for it. The best deal they have is their sandwich selection which all fall around $ 8 for a large sandwich. Another reason, besides price, to knock them down a star is service. At times the people behind the counter are extremely friendly and happy to serve you. However, I often encounter people who force smiles from behind their«resting bitch face» in a sad attempt at customer service. It’s off putting and their attitudes at times can be a bit disrespectful considering the amount of money they expect you to pay for their items. I find the males are often much more kind and attentive than the females here.

I used to love Lucy’s. I would go there once during the week and then every Friday night and buy food for dinner. Unfortunately, a few weeks ago I called and complained because I pulled a HUGE plastic ball out of their chicken noodle soup. I was able to unravel the piece of plastic which was pretty long. I usually never EVER call and complain, but this was a safety issue and I was really grossed out. The lady on the phone told me she was going to leave my message with the owner, but no one ever called me back. I will not be going to Lucy’s anymore.

Went there for a sandwich in between meetings after driving by it so many times! It’s a cute little market that has all different kind of pastas and sauces. Kind of pricey but all home made. They have several types of raviolis to take home to make. I bought goat cheese ravioli and pumpkin ravioli! Can’t wait to make them. I got a roast beef sandwich for myself that was so delicious!

The food is good, the prices are expensive. I really enjoy how a lot of their pasta are pretty light and taste fresh. However it is expensive. They also have non-pasta foods which tend to be slightly worse by comparison. Again, its expensive. Honestly, if they were less expensive here, I would be willing to eat here more. As it stands, it befits the average upper middle class regional resident much more than it does a hungry college student. But honestly, its pasta, should not be this expensive

I’ve read the unrecommended reviews and I can say that I disagree. the only complaint I could imagine is the price, and yes it is fairly expensive but for the quality of all natural mostly organic delicious food in minutes, I think it’s worth it. I am a vegetarian and there’s plenty of wonderful options for me, and for non vegetarians. I have a doctor near there so every appointment me and my friend(not a vegetarian) get lunch. There’s lots of pastas, salads, lasagnes, and daily sandwiches, pizza slices, empanadas, etc. Everything I’ve tried there(eggplant parm, Ditalini, Pasta salads) has been delicious. they also have tasty drinks, breads and the BEST kettle chips I’ve ever had. I wish it was closer to home or I would be there every single day.

Wow! I thoroughly enjoy coming to Lucy’s for a quick bite to eat at all times of day. Whether it be a delicious fresh sandwich prepared by the accommodating helpers or their famous ravioli, I leave satisfied. By the way, Lily was fantastic! She greeted me with a smile and made my sandwich perfect! Great spot!

I just crossed this restaurant after picking my rental car from Hertz, and want to give it a shot. Being a first timer here and never read any reviews about this place I had no expectation and went in. Had ‘Grilled Flat Bread Panini’, to be honest it was awesome. The flavor and taste of the food was so good not to mention the care that has been put to pact it. I just loved it and it can not get better. They have quite a choice of desserts & home made sauces(packed) and just remained me of the I visited once in Brussels which was quite an authentic place. I highly suggest this place, wonderful food, place and most important amazing service.

Lucy’s is my go-to place for to-go food! The pastas are probably the best thing they have to offer– always fresh and it comes out with a beautiful un-processed taste when cooked. And if you’re looking past their sauce selection, you’re seriously missing out on some of the best pesto, clam sauce, tomato garlic, and so much more. I’ve been going to Lucy’s for years now and I would say I’ve tended to hover towards their pastas and pre-cooked foods selections, and away from the sandwiches. I’ve been disappointed by sub par yet overcharged paninis/cold heros too many times. This weakness is a combination of stale bread, not very fresh condiments(lettuce, tomato, etc) and skimpy ingredients in general. I’m not saying their sandwiches are terrible but i would just expect a little more given the hefty price tag. Now, I am definitely willing to pay whatever quantity they want for their other prepared foods and pastas, because honestly it’s worth it. Thanks Lucy’s for(mostly) serving up creative delicious and quality ingredient food!

We always go here on Sundays and stock up on their ravioli and sauces for quick weeknight dinners. Our faves are sweet corn(summer only) and chicken and pancetta. Also they do free fresh pasta Sundays when you buy their sauces. The best sauces are the arugula pesto and eggplant tomato sauce. Everything is delicious here but can add up with the prepared foods.

Lucy’s is wonderful! Great food, staff, and atmosphere. The food is of superior quality and most is organic /locally bought /grown. There sandwiches are awesome and I recently starting going in the morning for there wonderful breakfast paninis! Also look at the panini of the day… It never disappoints!

«Lucy, you got some splainin’ to do!»(Ricky Ricardo voice). Why is your food is so delicious and easily accessible to me when I am trying to be good? I have heard of and drove past this place so many times and finally decided to stop by on a whim. Everything looks fresh and homemade, I was tempted to get a little of everything. They have a variety of prepared and frozen food, fresh squeezed organic juices, coffee, muffins, and various grocery items. The star of the show is of course the ravioli, which I have yet to try. Blasphemy, I know! They are a bit pricy but I am okay with paying a little extra for good(make that great) quality. For now I may have to stay away but I will definitely be stopping in when I start eating carbs again.(Summer is coming and I am cutting weight so I had to pinch myself to get away from the fresh pasta). Till we meet again, Miss Lucy.

Best. Ricotta. Cheese. In. 50. Miles. Lucy’s is great. I’ve been coming here for a long time to get their fresh pasta and have been eating lunch here more and more. They have a diverse and tasty selection of prepared foods and sandwiches but you’ll most likely be buying more then just that once you see everything. They recently just added some seating so you could eat there. Smart move, Lucy. smart move. They also serve Small World Coffee if you don’t want to drive the 3.2 miles(6 minutes in current traffic according to google maps) to get some.

A few months ago, I wrote an angry review, explaining that although the ravioli here are literally the best I’ve ever had, the staff was so disdainful and nasty that I wasn’t going to come here anymore. I broke my own rule a few months ago and came back. To my surprise, the service was… normal — not great, not awful — just fine. I gave it a second chance and found the same result. So it seems I can update my review to say: the best ravioli around, and their service seems to be improving.

I am just going to reinforce what many other reviews have already called out. The food, nothing short of amazing, it’s a great option for a quick tasty dinner. We pick up for parties, etc and always a hit. Everyone gets what they want, you can get multiple choices. Now the service, whole it’s never been so bad I just won’t spend my money there, it’s not a good as I would hope for when compared to the prices. It’s a balance, you want to charge premiums, the service has to be there. Last thing, raviolis are so good, my 6 year old will pick this place over most places,(lobster ravioli is our fav, the chicken & pancetta is good also.)
