Mr. Jim’s Pizza

I went and picked up pizza on a weeknight. Although it took longer than most to prepare 30minites, it was well worth the wait. Great flavor and the cheese was from tip to crust. Which is more than I can say for the competition down the street from them. Pizza came up to $ 10 and so me change. But after asking for a military discount. the manager came up and said we don’t typically. But today we will start. So I’ll definitely go back and order from there… the cheese was the hero of the pie. It was really good. And the staff. were new.but nice. Great job y’all. «Mr. Chicago Jim» would be proud.

Service friendly. Pizza was as ordered and delicious. I prefer to pick up since I live close and prefer my pizza super hot. The delivery bags don’t seem to keep the pizza hot enough.

I called for a delivery. Was told 45 mins. 1 ½ hours later I call. I’m told «our computer won’t pull your address up so it was changed to pick-​up.» Yet I never received a phone call to pick it up or make other arrangements. It is now 8:15 pm and I do not have dinner for my kids. After a ridclious amount of round about on the phone. I’m told they will go ahead and deliver it with 15% off and I’ll get it after 9:00pm. Wow thanks mr jims… My kids are in bed at 8:30…
I placed my order at 6:45. It’s a pizza. Not that hard. I cancelled the order.
I will never order from any mr. Jims again. And last time I ordered (different location) I spent close to $ 800 for my school group. We will not conduct business with you, please don’t make excuses for ignorance. Educate yourself.
