so. I needed the police to remove this guy from my home after he showed up intoxicated. the person who came to fix what the first guy broke/didn’t finish, Bill from the Philly area, was awesome… but still. no one from this office was even available to talk to, some one from corporate had to get involved.

Jim, the owner of Pop-​A-​Lock was GREAT!!! After being quoted a 2 and a half hour wait for my insurance roadside assistance to come unlock my car, Pop-​A-​Lock came to the the rescue in just 20 minutes! Jim was quick, gentle and had me on my way within 5 minutes of his arrival. He wouldn’t accept a tip, although I insisted. Would definitely recommend Pop-​A-​Lock Mercer! Wish id called them first!
