Read your warranty people! Bought our mattress from this store. 2 months huge dent. Warranty guy came, said we qualified for new one and then phone call later said no cus of stain on mattress. Why does it matter if it’s busted, not like they are reselling the mattress right??? They reword the warranties on everything. RAYMOUR&FLANIGAN aren’t even accredited through the BBB! Good luck people

Bought a living room set here in March 2015 and a few weeks afterward I noticed something was wrong with the sleeper sofa, the support bar under the mattress seemed too high up to the point where it could be felt when sitting on the mattress(hurt my tailbone sitting!). Called R&F and they sent someone out to assess it. They told me nothing was wrong, etc. Fast forward to July, I called them again because my guest hurt her tailbone sitting on the sofa bed! After several calls to customer service and to one of the store managers giving me the runaround, I finally called the Princeton store and talked to the OTHER store manager, Marty. She resolved the problem same day. I wish I would have dealt with her from the beginning. Kudos to Marty for showing exceptional customer service and standing behind the product!

Bought 4 bar stools. They were floor models and it was a terrible decision. One stool was wobbly and they tightened it before I picked it up saying it likely wasn’t fully built, it collapsed as soon as I got it home. The other three are heading in the same direction wobbly and ball bearing are falling out of them. This is with minimal use and within 6 months. Called Raymour and Flanigan and they said they won’t do anything, not even honor the manufactures warranty. This furniture is worthless, the model has been discontinued, likely as they are POSs. No more R&F for me, they have lost a customer and I will make everyone I know hears about it.

Bought a leather couch in 2010. Still love it. No problems with delivery and the couch is still great. I’ve read a lot of negative online reviews of furniture places in NJ, but my experience left nothing lacking.
