I visited the store in Nov. to check out phones. While there, a salesman told me that they had a promotion for wireless hotspots, where the hardware was free and the monthly cost more than offset by a change to my plan. Two bills later, I was unable to find the credit, and Verizon billing showed me where it was but also told me that it had nothing to do with the hotspot! So I tried to return it but it was past their deadline, so they wanted $ 175 to break the contract. Neither the store nor Verizon would take responsibility. So I am stuck with the device. Conclusion: watch out if you go here, these are pure salesman who don’t mind stretching the truth to get a commission.
