Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I received a coupon in the mail for a $ 19.99 oil change and decided to give them a try. Everyone was very friendly. I was also going to get an inspection and was told I am not due for one until April. So, they removed my old sticker for me, which was nice. Another technician came out and showed me my dipstick so that I would know that I have fresh oil. The service was great! I noticed that their regular price for an oil change showed $ 39.99, so I hope that I receive another coupon because the place I normally take it to is $ 32.99 and they give you a free car wash. All in all, I highly recommend them.

I would not take your car here, I took my car in to get an oil change and inspection. Less than 24 hours my engine seized up. I had to have my car towed back to the shop only to be told they would have to take it to their other shop miles away to see what the problem was (at my expense) then I was told that there was not enough coolant in my car and that is probably what happened even though the receipt with my inspection results says coolant reservoir level Checked OK, they said that between Friday evening and Saturday afternoon, I could not prove I had not done anything to cause this. So my car is dead, pretty coincidental that it happened less than 24 hours after I left their shop. Oh but I can pay them $ 1500 to $ 5000 to fix it. Fantastic Thanks guys. You are Awesome. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! My car was running fine before they got their obviously inexperienced hands on it. Monkeys could do a better job!
