When I was with my fiancée looking at rings, we found my bridal set and his wedding band, sales people were not pushy which was great. But after a couple months and a visit, it was horrible. We got on rings sized, when they came in, all 3 rings didn’t fit. I went back to get my engagement ring resized, this is what happened:
1. The person who sold us the rings did recognize me, and ask why are you back so soon? My response was I need my ring resized.
2. Was asked why I didn’t go to a Zales closer to where my fiancée lived.
3. I said, «I don’t blame you or the store but how do 3, not just my rings but also my fiancé’s wedding band not get sized right? The Sales Associates response: «Oh you didn’t size them right! (Thinking in my head, I didn’t know I was the expert.)
4. When I sized my ring finger I needed an 8.5 which I remember along with some witnesses her writing down, the ring was an 8.
If I could give it a negative rating I would. Like I said first time fine, second time to get asked why are you here and told I and my fiancé didn’t size things right, (when she didn’t even size them in the first place) made me wish we didn’t purchase from them.

I bought my fiancé’s enagement ring from this Zales outlet store. I was extremely satisfied with their service and selection. I had been looking for an engagement ring for awhile, and started to become impatient with pushy sales people and lack of selection. I had my eye on a ring that I saw on their website. When I got to the store I was advised that they did not have it. But it didn’t matter, because I completely forgot about it once the sales woman showed me my fiances ring. I was sold a beautiful 2 carat diamond engagement ring along with a matching wedding band at an unbelievable cost. The ring is still sparking on her hand 7 months later!

Great place for getting stuff for your girl! They are very helpful and not at all pushy!

Had a terrible experience here with getting my husband’s wedding gift engraved — first they messed up the engraving so badly a second jeweler said it couldn’t be fixed, then they refused to refund the purchase price of the bracelet until we complained to the Better Business Bureau. The manager was extremely rude on the phone and in their reply to the BBB filing, they didn’t even get our names right. We went to the Bridgewater Zales to get the replacement bracelet engraved — they did a beautiful job and didn’t charge us because we had such a bad experience with this Zales store. We’ll never go to this Zales again, only the Bridgewater one.
