Buyer beware and a hell of a mark up. This is not the USPS. Had I known I could have saved ½ my shipping costs by walking the package across the courtyard myself.

I had to call several times to get the tracking number so it got a little annoying. They kept telling me they were too busy to email me the tracking number and finally after 2 days I had to insist to get it over the phone. Over $ 100 to send my item so really wanted to make sure it was sent.

I have used the Princeville mail center for years. We ship our computers and monitors as well as books and beach stuff we need on vacation — We are there for 3 weeks so for us the expense is worth it. Reduce your airport schlepping and just pick up your stuff. It is super convenient and the whole staff is helpful and always willing to help load the car if you need it.
And we ship everything back home — no fuss no hassles. We bring our own FedEx slips so I guess we weren’t bothered by the other reviewers comments.
They always remember us which is nice considering we are one of hundreds they serve.

If you are shipping an item FedEx or UPS do NOT use this business! Please do yourself a favor and drive to Kapaa where you can ship for free at the local Long’s. We needed to ship a few boxes back to the mainland with our account, found out they charge $ 10 for the airbills (which FedEx provides for no charge). I filled out the shipping instructions and 2 days later the boxes were still sitting in a FedEx truck as they had selected Direct Signature Required… I couldn’t believe it, default is always no signature required, I had to wait to receive my boxes and several items were ruined after sitting in the hot truck for 2 days. Will never use them again
