Above The Crowd Moving

I hired Above the Crowd Moving for an inter-​city move, just for my big furniture and couldn’t have been more satisfied.
The movers arrived promptly in a truck that looked new and clean and reliable. The movers were courteous and extremely careful with my furniture, wrapping and padding almost everything. I was moving out of a tricky location (three level townhome with narrow stairwells that had the added fun of 90 degree turns in each one) with some heavy, bulky furniture and into an older home with some less than desirable traits as far as moving goes (entry up stairs, narrow staircase into the basement with low ceilings) but they handled it all very well.
The move went faster than I expected and my cost ended up being under what they’d quoted, which was honest of them and much appreciated.
The only thing I’d liked to have had was an email confirmation or something when I scheduled the move. When I called to schedule they said I’d receive a call about a week before to just check in and confirm the date and time, which they did do, but an email confirmation the day I booked would have helped me know I was definitely on their schedule.
Not that I needed have worried, they were great and I’d highly recommend them to move your possessions, too.

Wow!!! What a treat! Above the Crowd Moving surpassed my expectations. Kyle and team were so great to work with. They called and asked if they could come a little early — absolutely! They had us loaded, moved and unloaded in three hours! They were efficient, friendly, professional — even took their shoes off when unloading. By far the best money I could’ve spent. Took all the stress away from moving and made it as relaxing as it could be — at about half the cost of other companies. Highly recommend!

We used Above The Crowd for a small job moving some furniture from Mtka to Plymouth. They showed up a little early, were clean and friendly, and very efficient. Took excellent care of our furniture, and didn’t have a two hour minimum. I was very happy with their service, and would call them again for sure.

Look no further for your moving needs than Above the Crowd Moving! I moved from a 1 bedroom apartment in Minneapolis to a 1 bedroom apartment in Bloomington in May 2014. First of all, let me say that I hate moving. I’ve used one other moving company in the past, and did not have a good experience. Since then, I’ve had friends help me move, which involved several loads in one of their trucks. This time, I decided to let the professionals take care of it. From the very first phone call, Tom was very professional and helpful. The quote that he gave me for how long the move would take was extremely accurate, so I paid exactly what I expected to. They showed up on time and were ready to go from the minute they walked in my door. Also, they provided free moving boxes before the move, which made the move practically stress-​free! (I mean, come on, what move is completely stress free!!!)
I have several fragile pieces of furniture, all of which were handled with extreme care. Even my large, awkward sofa that was nearly impossible to get into my old place was no problem for these guys. The two guys who helped me move were both super friendly and fun. I could tell they enjoyed what they were doing and enjoyed working with each other.
My future moves will only be handled by Above the Crowd moving. Yours should too!
