The store also known as The Lakers Store in downtown Prior Lake is the absolute worst place to buy anything Prior Lake related. We ordered items and were told it would take a week, two weeks later nothing. We stopped in and were told it would be ready on a monday. One week past the Monday and nothing. They don’t even call to tell you they are behind.
Speaking with others this seems to be a common problem with the store. The owners clearly don’t have any idea about customer service and simply promise things they can not accomplish. Stay away if you expect them to do what they say they will do.
To this date we still do not have out items and it will be 4 weeks. We were told the order would be done in one week.
