The Wilds Golf Club & Pub

I have to say, I was a bit disappointed as I assumed the ambience would be better. Now that I see Pub in the name, my mistake.
Legends which isnt far has a beautiful restaurant so I assumed it would be similiar. We just moved to the area and were looking for a nice place to bring our visiting family. I think if you go in knowing its a pub you wont be disappointed but still, I think Pub — I think something with grand mirrors, great wood etc.~ this had icky chairs, garbage cans sitting in plane sight and smelled bad and I mean bad.
It was raining otherwise I would think sitting outside would be ideal.
Food was just okay, there was hair in our mac and cheese and food orders were wrong for kids and had to be sent back.
I will never go back there even though, I could walk there it is so close to the house.
I guess if guys are golfing and drinking, they wont care as much

Great course that has a fun variety of holes that is enjoyable for all skill levels. One of the best practice facilities in the state.

I live walking distance and take advantage of their patio to meet friends for drinks and appetizers. Their Bull Bites are better than the bites at you know where… try a hamburger, they are so big and juicy. I usually have to take half home in a doggy bag. There is a great view of the metro area from the patio. Small menu but good food!

Not that easy to find. Many people think it’s part of a private course. It isn’t, it’s open to the public. Very nice place for lunch or dinner.
