I was referred to Damian by a reputable plumber.
Damian was scheduled to come by this past Saturday, 11−13−10 at 11:00 A.M. He called & asked me if he could come by at 12:30, I said no problem. Damian assessed my flooring needs & stated that he does not install Vinyl flooring, even though it is easier to install than most other tiles. When it came time to take measurements, he asked me if I had a Tape Measure, which I found unusual. Why would he come without a tape measure? When we wrapped up he promised to call me within 2 hours the same day to give me an estimate. He left at 2:30; I am still waiting for him to call.
Damian, this is not the way to win customers. What possible excuse do you have for not calling me to give me an estimate? You think I am going to beg you knowing that there are a ton of Floor Contractors out there?
