Horrible service. Never on time despite ample notice of when the car is needed. They just don’t seem to care and they move slowly even when you tell them that they are putting you at risk of being late for meetings or flights. It’s a shame that there aren’t more parking options in the neighborhood.

This place claims it’s an indoor lot and give off that front. I parked there ahead of the blizzard and went to retrieve my car this morning. I was shocked when my car was ten deep OUTSIDE and attendant said I couldn’t get my cars for days. This company is definitely in breach of contract and probably numerous business laws. I am pursuing all actions to retrieve my car, but nobody at the company or the lot will return calls. Attendants were absolutely horrible to deal with and could not explain why they were parking cars outside when they advertise as an indoor lot.

Both incompetent and dishonest.
I parked our family mini-​van here for three days while we were on a weekend getaway in Brooklyn. Big mistake. When I retrieved the car, the driver-​side mirror was smashed. Dumb and Dumber were working that Sunday, and they did not know what to do, finally advising me to call back the next day, when a manager was working. I did and filed a claim. The garage denied the claim, writing «because the alleged damage was not reported until after the vehicle had been driven from the premises …»
Avoid this place.

Here are some pictures of how my car looked after a few months parking in this garage. They refused to fix damages. Good luck if choose to park here. I obviously don’t use this garage any longer, and have found street parking safer.

The attendant at this location damaged my vehicle almost three months ago. I have filed a claim with Quik Park garages claims center, and they have been unresponsive. The attendants were careless and clearly did not have regard for another’s property. This is not a garage to entrust one’s vehicle to.

I have been parking here for 2 months now. I am a monthly and had to move from my previous, very very nice, garage. I was nervous to park here at first because of some of the bad reviews I read but I basically had no choice as my next closest option was a mile away. I have to say, my experience has been very positive. We take out our car 2 times a day (minimum) and have preset times established and our car is always ready to go. When we need our car outside of preset times… I always make sure and text the garage an hour in advance (plenty of time) and my car is always ready or close by when I get to the garage. The staff are friendly and always smile & offer pleasantries when I say thank you or have a nice day (if you have parked in NY/​Brooklyn you know this is not always the case). I have done my research and the price for monthly parking, although high, is not too off base for the area. My car is always on the main floor so I have never had to deal with a broken elevator issue. That was a deal breaker for me when I signed up because I need my car daily.

I’ve parked at this garage for many years. There has been two management turnovers in the last year and the service has plummeted. Wait times are much longer than the half hour they promise. I have found footprints over the hood of my car. The staff that works there seems utterly confused. And today i get a call that they are raising the monthly fee, again, effective today. Avoid parking here if at all possible.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Been parking at this garage for 2 years. Management has turned over a few times. The current management is horrendous. I have had things stolen from my car. A typical wait time for the gentlemen to retrieve your car can be anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 and a half hours. Yes, you read that right. The employees could not care at all. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
3÷2÷2015 Update — Received a call that they have raised rates over $ 45 per month. I no longer park here.
